Our 24" Square Aluminum Sign Blanks are manufactured from .080" gauge, 3105 alloy aluminum and feature 1 1/2" radius corners and two 3/8" mounting holes. All Hall Signs aluminum blanks are manufactured at our Bloomington facility per U.S. Bureau of Public Roads Standards and are punched with radius corners and mounting holes in accordance with the Federal Standard Highway Signs Manual. Alodized Aluminum Blanks are bare metal that has been chemically treated to meet ASTM B 499 specifications as pre-treatment for paint or sheeting applications.
