About Learning Lane Sensory Toys
Our company was founded by a special education teacher and prides itself on offering affordable fidget and sensory toy options. We understand the financial constraints of owning a small business and that is why we try to source products at the lowest possible price and we NEVER require minimum quantities of products. (Because we are use multiple factories and we try to bring you the lowest prices, our products are not all packaged the same, sometimes they are boxed, sometimes they are in plastic bags and sometimes in organza drawstring bags. The same product ordered on separate occasions may not be packaged the same way.) New products are added and restocked multiple times a week so check back often!! We look forward to building long-lasting retailer relationships on Faire!!

It seems very unfair to give such a negative rating and review without participating in trying to resolve the issue. You rated us a 3 on communication, but you didn't try to reach out to us with your concerns before doing the rating. As soon as we saw the rating, we immediately messaged you and offered a full refund and a free return shipping label. We didn't receive response so we then left a voicemail. As of today, we have messaged you twice with no response and left two voicemails with no response. You also gave us a 3 on fulfillment, however, your order was placed on the 18th, and it shipped the 20th.
