This beer is originally brewed from raw barley combined with Pilsen malt. It is an easy, generous and long-lasting beer. The cereal flavors are enhanced by fine bubbles. Bitterness is present, but not overbearing. It is enjoyed as an aperitif and then throughout the meal, which it serves admirably and lightly until after dessert. Tasting temperature: 4 - 6° C. An excellent aperitif, it accompanies many dishes. Dishes: Harmony: grilled meats, charcuterie, sausages, sausages, poultry, sauerkraut, shells.
