I know the product was discounted, but what we received at our spa was subpar at best. We’ve ordered from Bucky before and had great success (5 year use). The new neck wraps already have holes after only a week of non-consistent use. As a small business owner this is troubling to spend hundreds of dollars on products that fail so quickly. This particular order through Faire failed miserably. We didn't get the full order, then credited, then charged again. This shows poor communication by Faire.

These are beautiful! The Bucky brand is recognizable. I was purchasing another brand that was less expensive, but these are worth the upgrade in price.

The very best quality and packaging! We have offered these in our retail area for 20years and are always a best seller! We use them in our treatment rooms and our guests are consistently purchasing after their massage and for gifts! Very high quality product and excellent customer service.
