Our customers and staff love having White Squirrel in our store. Very securely packed and shipped. We even reuse the packing material when we ship so we aren't being wasteful. Love all the designs.

The concept and design of the products is great. However I didn't anticipate that the stoneware would be so light and thin, given the wholesale price and suggested MSRP. I haven't been successful with selling them at the 50% margin. Customers think they are way too expensive despite knowing they are made in the USA. I had to bring them down to only a 15% margin since I ordered a lot ahead of time given that they take almost 8 weeks to fulfill.
