This heavy cutting board is made from one of the most attractive woods grown in America and manufactured in the U.S. heartland in Danville, Indiana by experienced craftsmen. The board is sealed with multiple applications of food grade mineral oil and then given a hand rubbed finish of a proprietary natural bees wax based sealer. The board features the natural grain and beauty of Hard Maple while benefiting from the durability offered by this unique wood. The manufacturing process for building our boards reduces the possibility of any warpage, cupping, splitting, or twisting. This quality serving board comes with preinstalled solid modern black handles and six anti-slip feet. Our policy is to not waste wood it took 100 years to grow so actual boards may be slightly larger than listed, but will not be smaller. Natural wood grain and tone vary.
