Received my order and all but a few were broken. Reported the issue multiple times and still no response or offer of a refund. Do not buy from them!

I’m so sorry you received damaged ornaments. We never received pictures and the initial items we spoke about were not the same as your missing report which is quite confusing. We box and bubble wrap all of our ornaments and barely have issues, but some times with our ceramic ornaments ups can be a bit rough and damage products. I ordered this item and was charged but never received it. I have communicated this information since October 30 and still nothing. We are a small Business just like you. Customer service is the Pitts! I have not even been offered a refund! Do not buy from them!

I’m so sorry for the issue with your order. We did not receive the zipcode you wanted for the order to start. We did communicate with you in order to fix this, but with the holiday mail your package is moving slowly. I understand it didn’t get to you quick enough and I’m very sorry for that.
