I ordered Southern City Flavors for the first time last month. I own a store in N GA and the brand fits well with my demographic & store aesthetic. When the order arrived, one of the peach jams had been broken in shipping. I contacted SCF and sent a pic and they replaced the broken prouct along with all the others in the box with that jam without question. That's the type of customer service I look for and will make me a loyal customer.

The items are large, quality labels. Sold one to a customer while unboxing. Tested chocolate pecans - delicious and lots of chocolate. Expiration dates are 1+ years out.
