Folate contributes to the normal formation of blood cells. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of red blood cells under normal conditions. Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule. Directions for use: Take 1 capsule before any of the main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with a glass of water. Special storage conditions: Dry and cool environment. Once opened, keep in a well-closed container and away from sources of moisture. Warnings: It is advised not to take milk, calcium, antacids, and/or foods with caffeine at the same time as iron supplements. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
