This is primarily thanks to the work of our winemakers in Gascony, who selected and vinified their emblematic grape variety, Colombard, at maturity. We then distilled it at low temperature to remove the alcohol and preserve all the aromatic richness: a revolution! - Some info - Grape variety: Colombard The color: pale and clear, brilliant green reflections. Nose: Fragrances dominated by exotic fruits and white fruits (pear, peach, etc.) with notes of citrus zest. In the mouth: A clear, aromatic attack, supported by a beautiful liveliness and a pleasant, refreshing length. Serve at around 8°, perfect with ceviche.
