Carton of 4 cans of 5 liters each from the Elais line of 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, consisting of a mix of three cultivars (Leccino, Gentile di Chieti, and Intosso) present in our olive groves. With this mix of oils, we manage to obtain a wonderful delicate, aromatic, and spicy product. Elais is ideal for consumption both raw and cooked. Its flavor is an intense fruity taste of grass, fresh artichoke, and almond. It is recommended for seasoning bruschetta, tomatoes, salads, fresh or grilled vegetables; or pasta, soups, and first courses; but also meat and fish en papillote.
