Bal de Madre Branco is a Portuguese white wine from the DOC Beira Interior region. First, the fresh grapes are picked by hand at their ideal stage of maturation and packed into 20 kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes are carefully selected, destemmed and gently pressed before decanting at cool temperatures for 48 hours become. Fermentation takes place for 2 weeks at a controlled temperature of 14°C. A lemon-green color, a floral and fruity aroma, with citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit, lime and a touch of pear characterize this great white wine. The finish reveals its bright and lasting freshness. Subtle balsamic notes characterize this wine. The fine tannins provide a an elegant mouthfeel and the vibrancy of natural acidity gives it lasting freshness.
