An ancient grape of Greek origin, it owes its name to the ancient nickname Apianum, as it is capable of attracting swarms of bees due to the sweetness of its clusters. The color is straw yellow, very deep, the nose is intense and sumptuous, preparing us for its balanced flavor with notes of dried fruit; warm, but very acidic, the result is a wine with a large structure that is well suited to refinement in the bottle. Salt, rocks, flowers, rich fruit are just some of the notes that stimulate the mouth.
