PREPARATION We soak the freshly picked Aglione Flowers and wash them. Cut the flowers and stem into small pieces and cook them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. USE AND PAIRINGS Excellent as a seasoning for main courses like pasta, rice, lasagna. Also try it on pizza or in vegetable pies. Perfect as an ingredient for omelets, as a filling or side dish for meat main courses. EXPIRATION Preferably consume within 3 years from packaging. Once opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 7 days.
