Ecotan leather is part of our new bio-circular fashion model.The model supports local organic farming whereby it takes the leather that is a by-product of the meat the farm produces and uses it for leather. This leather then goes through an Ecotan process that removes any chemicals and makes the leather chrome free. Once these leather products have been finished with due to the Ecotan process it went through it is now safe to put back into the earth. The leather is then shredded and made into fertiliser. This fertiliser is then used to help the organic farming land grow to feed the cattle where by the model then restarts.
