The Slim Mega is a very large reusable sanitary/period pad for very heavy menstrual flow, menopausal flooding, post partum bleeding, and for weak bladder leaks like quite heavy Urge Incontinence. It measures 13" so has great coverage whilst still being relatively slim line to wear. It offers quite a lot more absorbency than our Maxi pad.
