Coppola Polpa+ Garlic are made in Salerno with selected round tomatoes varieties, grown in sunny and fertile Southern Italy. These tomatoes are at their full ripening between the summer months of August and September when they are harvested, attentively sorted, steam peeled, chopped in chunky pieces, and packed in rich tomato juice together with freshly chopped garlic. Coppola Polpa+ Garlic are Halal certified, made with no salt, no sugar and no sweeteners added, and they are free from artificial flavours, thickeners, or firming agents.
