Beautiful products! But the shipping was soooo sloooow. Took weeks to get what I ordered. Once shipped everything arrived quickly. Slow to answer messages.

Order received 2.5 months later, after multiple follow ups with company. Received response by 3rd follow up (request to cancel order). Received product, but not what I had ordered. Items were replaced with totally different patterns, etc. I.e. ordered "blue/teal harness" & received "popsicle harness" instead. Ordered SM harness, got an extra "XL harness" instead. When f/u with company, they advised they send replacement items (but without advising retailer). I do hope they improve.
