The items are great, but it took over a month to ship (with the shipping date being pushed multiple times) & when we received the boxes items had not been packed for shipping so there were a large number of damaged items. Large ceramic bowls and plates were stacked on top of each other with no packing between them, and were in with larger boxes that were loose. Felt like things were just thrown in. Several items that were in stock when we ordered were sold out by the time they packed the order.

I have placed several orders with Beachcombers and have been super pleased with them all. The shipment time has been under two weeks and the items are well packed. I will continue to order from this company!

I received my shipment earlier than expected! Everything was beautiful and I was super happy with the quality of the items. One buoy in the order broke during shipping. I immediately contacted the company and they sent a replacement right out. What great customer service! I have already placed another order.
