Product is good. I did not receive my order on or around the date specified when the order was placed. I messaged to inquire of the status and never received a response. One of the main reasons I purchased this item was because of the description that stated that a COA would be with each item and I did not receive any COA which was very disappointing. Customer Service can be a lot better because you do have so lovely items.
