Ròss is born to be a major protagonist in the world of mixology. Perfect in the famous Spritz, excellent in the Negroni cocktail, it gives uniqueness and character even to the most creative cocktails, while the wood and tannin sensations also make it an exceptional after-dinner drink. Ròss, what was historically defined as "Hollanda-style" bitter, today known as the Milano bitter used in the famous Mi-To cocktail. The intense and complex bitter notes of quassia, cinchona, rhubarb, well balanced by the freshness of fermented rice, make it extremely versatile for all the most celebrated Italian-style aperitifs, from the Americano to the Negroni, including the indispensable Spritz. It shines when diluted with sparkling wine and fizzy soft drinks, in a 1 to 2 ratio, in tall narrow glasses, well filled with ice. The splendid bottle that reveals, sip after sip, the ear of rice, is produced with recycled glass. The cap and the label are plastic-free.
