I've ordered several times and the products are very good quality for a low wholesale price. Plus, there's a wide variety of products to choose from. The customer service is excellent also; recently, there was one defective item that was part of a large display, and they quickly resolved the problem and then some. (If they offered free shipping via Insider membership, I'd be even happier, but the shipping is reasonable at least.)
