This special coffee comes from a family of producers in the municipality of Saladoblanco, Huila. the owner, Mr. Omar Ortiz has been working in the world of coffee since he was a child, he has a real passion. The coffee is harvested at a height of 1550/1650 meters, in the period between October and January The manufacturing process is that washed with long fermentation in mucilage for 72 hours. The cherries are selected using the floating technique then the coffee is washed to remove the mucilage. It is fermented in sealed bags, followed by drying. The care and passion of Mr. Omar present in all phases is fundamental and ensures a unique and special coffee.
