The producer we have chosen to work with owns a family palm grove where different varieties of dates, including the Kabkab, are produced. It is an exceptional product that is rarely found in the French terroir. At Raya, it's our little favorite; this date, with no added sugar or coating agents, is naturally very juicy, tender, with caramelized notes. Store at room temperature; the naturally present sugar and juice in the dates may crystallize, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect their taste or properties.
