Wholesale All the Birds! in Dove White on Reclaimed Baltic Birch

This bas-relief carved panel is an interpretation of a design by Hubert Hilscher, the Polish graphic designer and artistic director of the fabulous Projekt magazine from 1962 to 1983. This Eastern Bloc publication was largely unknown in the West, and was a storehouse of incredible design and imagery from the graphic designers of Poland, Russia, and the neighboring states. The original inspiration for this carving is a repeated detail on the cover of the first issue of Projekt.
