I ordered several different “boxed card sets” to sell as merchandise to guests in my store. The cards arrived not in boxes, but with literal rubber bands wrapped around them. The merchant contacted me, explaining there had been an error resulting in it being packaged as a "retail" order instead of a "wholesale" order. Boxes were mailed out right away. Fast resolution!
