The Cotton Creations Vegan Honey Cornbread mix has the perfect balance of sweet and buttery. It's so moist you won't know if you're eating cornbread or cake. The mix includes a package of vegan honey (inside the bag of mix). This cornbread is SO easy to prepare! Simply add plant-based butter (melted) and milk to the mix, whisk until smooth, and bake. Once done finish off by drizzling the honey butter all over your cornbread. Serve warm or room temperature. While our Vegan Honey Cornbread mix is amazing as is, it can also be used for many other dishes. For example, enjoy a sweet and savory bite when used to prepare cornbread stuffing. Since the Cotton Creations cornbread mix is so versatile it can be enjoyed any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack.
