Our business is a monthly subscription box. This order was originally part of a larger order. This item was delayed, which we only found out from a note scrawled on the packing slip with not indication of when this part would ship. This part of the order arrived after we had already shipped the monthly boxes to our subscribers. ITO EN has good matcha, but working out some fulfillment kinks would be helpful.
