Niru's Tandoori paste gives you the famous red marinade for barbeque and grill. Tips 1) Mix Niru's Tandoori Paste with 300 ml thick yoghurt, add 1 kg vegetables, chicken, fish or vegetables. Marinate overnight in fridge and grill for 10-20 minutes at 250 degrees C as per ingredient either in preheated oven or a grill. Serve garnished with fresh coriander and lemon wedes. Tips 2) Mix 200gm paste with 1 kg minced meat, add chopped coriander. Shape to kebab or kofta. Fry in a pan, bake in an oven on 225 degrees for 15 minutes or barbeque till done.
