I will admit, I didn’t look close enough at the account/listing and was a little stressed about the shipping. I saw Wyoming and assumed, since I’m a state away, that would mean they came from Wyoming. I messaged the seller and they were so quick and so communicative and POLITE. They ship through the seller from India so just keep in mind, it’s not amazon prime. đŸ˜œ But the care, communication and quality of the item and experience with the seller has was great! The tuning forks are amazing.

I am extremely disappointed with the tuning forks I received. As an educator who owns several high-quality pairs and teaches classes using them, I hold strict standards for their craftsmanship and performance. Unfortunately, these tuning forks do not meet those expectations. I initially reached out to seller regarding a return, but the response time has been slow, taking days to receive a reply. When I requested a return, I was directed to Faire, as I learned they do not offer returns. I see why

They have a very weak tone. The packaging they come in is nice, but made of some synthetic material that reeks of chemicals.

If you would like to understand how it works, we offer Tuning Forks Beginner Workshop to really understand how to use different kinds of tuning forks along with which mallet and activator to use with them. Please rest assured that as a traditional sound healing school, led by a PhD in Vibrational Healing, all our equipment is intensely tested for great quality. If you use the tuning forks the right way, we are confident you would love them. As for packaging, we sincerely apologize you feel that way. This is the first time we have heard of it. Perhaps it could be due to the weather or courier partners in Sweden. For any of your concerns, we are more than happy to assist you and even offer a workshop.
