Informed that the items had been shipped with DHL on Thursday, but tracking showed that the shipment had been booked and not collected. Sent an email and the reply was that they had missed the pickup on Thursday as it was not ready on time, so it was going to be collected on Monday as Friday was a public holiday. Requested to cancel the order but was offered something worth 20 euros free of charge if I accepted the order. Agreed but nothing extra was sent!
