I ordered teapots and matching cups so i can serve tea at my cafe with the sets. They did absolutely nothing to protect the ceramic all was just tossed in a box. So most broke. The delivery service wouldn’t mark my order delivered so i could report it to fair. When i messaged them the woman responded so short and no help. Eventually she marked them received so i can report them. I opted for a replacement and they sent them to a different store and only 1 cup not the whole set that broke
