Not a good experience! No labels or sizes. It does seem that there was a label attached that was cut. Such a bad quality! So bad that a huge shipping charge is not refundable.

When we first launched, our labels unfortunately didn’t include sizing — we were already in the process of updating them. We got to work and corrected this, and now every item is properly labeled.
