Again quock customer service in replacing all 4 of the damaged spoons. The color of all the spoons is not as vivid as other colors..that goes for the order.

Product sells extremely well and is great quality. The customer service is non existent. I’ve messaged multiple times with questions and have never received a response. I called and still could not get help. Finally had to have Faire customer support try to reach them. In time they did reply to Faire. But still can’t get replies directly from them with questions. My orders would be much larger if they would only reach out. Extremely frustrating.

Lovely pieces! Fast shipping! This kitchen ware sells wonderfully in my shop. Very satisfied overall. Just wish there wasn’t a $500 shipping minimum on Faire. It’s hard for a small business to spend that much sometimes on a single vendor.
