I really don't like writing negative reviews on brands, but I had several issues with my order and unfortunately I don't think it was handled well. I was charged for my whole order even though only half of it was shipped to me. I waited over 2 months to receive the remainder of my order after messaging the brand at least once a week to ask for an update. The lack of communication was really my biggest issue. I had a customer wait for their item for 2 months, and to me that's unacceptable.
