Today loving myself has looked like: Taking a break. Laying on my studio floor instead of forcing myself to work. Running errands alone while the babysitter was here instead of shlepping both kids with me. A long, aimless neighborhood walk in the sunshine with my sleeping baby. Laying in the park in the grass, looking at the blue sky and the trees. Cold kombucha. Hanging out and catching up with my neighbors after the kids were in bed (I’ve discovered the baby monitor works at their house!). Snuggling with myself and watching a show on Netflix (that’s what I’m about to do).
