We’ve combined a selection of herbs that have been traditionally used for recovery in the perineal area after delivery, providing comfort and healing. Suggested Use: Draw a very hot bath, and place one herb pouch in the water. Allow to steep & salt dissolve until the water temperature is tolerable—hot, but not scalding!
