Very disappointed with this first order from this brand, unfortunately. I placed my order well in advance considering their delivery times. I was counting heavily on this order for my shop, and after almost 6 weeks of waiting, they canceled 90% of my order at the last minute. They put me in a bad situation with my customers, and on top of that, they sent me the remaining 10% without asking my opinion, even though it was no longer worthwhile with the shipping costs...

Bonjour Eva, Nous comprenons tout à fait votre frustration concernant les articles manquants. Malheureusement, la marque a décidé d'arrêter la production (discontinued) de certains articles de votre commande au dernier moment, ce qui nous a empêchés de les livrer. Compte tenu du volume exceptionnel de commandes dans notre entrepôt, il nous était techniquement impossible de contacter chaque client individuellement avant l'expédition. Nous traitons chaque commande avec soin, amour et respect, tout en respectant strictement les directives imposées par la plateforme Faire, ce qui limite parfois nos options directes. Comme indiqué précédemment, vous avez la possibilité de retourner le colis via Faire pour obtenir un remboursement. Nous n'avons malheureusement plus reçu de réponse de votre part pour en discuter davantage.
