We purchased two of these for our store. One arrived damaged. We made a claim with photos and a replacement was sent out. Faire and tutu home then sent us an invoice for the replacement product. When I questioned having to pay for a replacement for a faulty item, I got no response, then faire / tutu went ahead and charged our credit card and took our money anyway. Not good business management - we won’t order from tutu again.
