I have ordered from this company several times and I have always been pleased with the products. However, due to the shipping and import costs, it has become too cost prohibitive to continue stocking in our store.

Great service in terms of speed but the customs charge of £69 was a surprise And although the cafetières are very stylish the wooden lid has already cracked on one - the cost of customs has put me off trying to figure out how to return them - we have used the ones in the photo below 3 times and the wood lid has buckled and split - I have left one unused to show the contrast The timber should have been treated in production with a good grade oil Really disappointed and would like a refund
