Of our blends, this is one of our lightest and most complex. That is not to say it’s light on flavor. We use three different, independently-delicious coffees to create a truly unique mega-complex coffee that shines as espresso and drip alike. Our goal with this coffee is to make a coffee that everyone will love — either for the touch of acidity, caramel-like sweetness, or chocolatey aftertaste (or perhaps for all three!)
