Simple syrups are typically used in 1/2 oz to 2 oz increments per cocktail. All syrups use fresh ingredients and do not contain artificial colour, flavour or preservatives. I sampled the Shrub lemon lime in a tequila and was blown away. It is very intense and I found that it takes only a small amount of syrup to create a wonderfully flavoured drink. I would highly recommend it. Also mixed a small amount into a sparkling water and was equally impressed. I can't wait to share it with others.
