Loved the product that we got but it was over a month late from an already long lead time compared to similar products from other brands. Communication super limited and only after I reached out myself. I asked multiple times to cancel the order and was told no because it would ship shortly or that week and that went on for about a month :( One design simply wasn't in the order received with no explanation which was a huge bummer because it was the design we were most excited about.
