Description
Our Traditional Momo Blankets are handmade by K’iche’ Mayan artisans in the western highlands of Guatemala in Momostenango. They are made from a blend of locally sourced cotton (10%) and wool (90%) from indigenous sheep. The wool is hand spun and each blanket is hand-loomed on traditional wood looms. Unlike mass-produced wool products, these blankets undergo minimal processing and are washed and brushed by hand to preserve their rustic charm. These natural blankets are versatile and durable. They make the perfect bed topper but can also be used for camping or picnics. Please note that due to their handmade nature, sizes and patterns may have slight variations.

Selene Momo Blanket
Normally I love these blankets and they sell well for us, but we got that one had so much lanolin it leaves your fingers feeling oily after touching it. I don't think it is sellable as a throw blanket. Hopefully it's just one bad one, because they've been great in the past.
