Additionally, you can easily determine the weight of each cuff by adding or removing one or more of the five weight bags. The delivery includes two cuffs with weights for your wrists and ankles. Determine the weight of the cuffs very flexibly using the small weight bags: Both cuffs can hold up to 1.6 kg (small model) and 2.5 kg (large model).
