Production: The grapes that make up this Crianza are chosen each year from the best Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon produced in the Ribera del Júcar. They are fermented while maintaining a moderate temperature to extract all the body and structure the wine needs to age for a minimum of six months in American and French oak barrels. After the aging period, only the excellent barrels are selected again for blending and bottling the Crianza wine. Tasting notes: Ruby red color. Aromas of ripe fruit, toasted and spicy. Deep, powerful flavor, with good length and great persistence. Enveloping and silky. Pairing: Due to its power and structure, it especially enhances and harmonizes with the flavor of red meats. Serve at 16ºC.
