I was skeptical at first and we ran into some delays with customs but after we received our first order we were instantly obsessed. Their products are amazing! And our second order and delivery had no hiccups! Highly recommend Om :)

Our order was fulfilled very promptly. However the courier didn’t show up to pick it up for a few days. I reached out to Om and was told it’s because they are in a fairly rural area and the couriers don’t always come promptly to pickup. Om followed up with the delivery company for us. Other than that, everything is top notch. Our customers love this brand and they are great to deal with.
