Terrible to work with. Advise you to not waste your time or energy. They will not get back with you- communication was so poor. I had to wait at least 24 hours every time I wanted to communicate with them to even hear back. Then after I ordered they said that I had to pay DHL another $300 in order to get my products or they would have to cancel the order because Faire didn't give them enough to ship. Then when I finally got the products it was supposed to be 2cm, they are 4cm and can't use.
