Neem oil (Azadirachta indica), is a dark brown to black color viscous liquid, derived from the seeds of neem tree. The oil is rich in fatty acids and glycerides and rank special in terms of its "Azadirachtin content" amongst all natural oils. For centuries, it has been used as a medicinal herb in India. Apart from its commercial uses, neem oil is also becoming popular in the cosmetics, soap, and personal care industries due to its inherent Vitamin C content and advantages when applied directly to the skin and scalp. It is commonly used as a natural moisturizing base for skin care formulations for improving topical skin care conditions. Pureoleo Neem oil is not intended for consumption. Note: Neem oil clouds and solidifies at temperatures below 59oF/ 15oC. If oil has solidified, gently thaw by exposing to temperatures over 80oF/26oC (US EPA).
