There was a mishap with the Company not providing all the required paperwork. Package sat in limbo "somewhere", with neither the Company or myself having any idea where it was and why it was taking so long to arrive! Company provided me with the tracking number and I did the follow-up to try and find it, a very frustrating experience. However I was very pleased with the product in the end.
